Childhood plays an important role in various stages of the human condition and it is truly called Golden Age as the second stage after adolescence where there is no problem and no fear of anything. It is just that there are so many dreams and opportunities for learning that lead to a great life 'and every type of experience and situation during childhood plays an important role in the personality of the child' in this regard we Have heard and read all the stories in which a great personality has been built on the basis of the experience and knowledge learned during the childhood phase, whether it is the great scientist APJ Abdul Kalam ji or the great king Chandragupta Maurya in the pages of history. His childhood has a significant effect in personality building, the great psychologist Eric Erickson in psychology, in his psycho-social theory, gave life to childhood It is considered an important stage of Maan. But as the covid la of 2020 has imprisoned all the activities of childhood in the homes and the children are suppressing all their hobbies and energies while staying at home, there are many social and psychological disorders that are natural in children. Fearness - Looking at the present times it has become a common thing that everyone is saying, stay scared 'where we had to learn this to our children, that the son should not be afraid and compete all the same. T.V. Channel News papere aids everyone is being told that in such a fearful situation, they may understand at once, but its direct effect is coming on those children and they are coming in a state of fear, which has the effect of fobia in future. It is natural to turn into and also have various types of fobic disorders as like Claustrophobia Fear of confined or crowded spaces, Zoophobia ,Cryophobia Fear of Insects, Verminophobia Fear of germs,Will become natural Being a Psycho therepist and counselor, I have also come across many such cases where there are many types of fear in children.
1.Children now become victims of verminophobia in the future due to washing their hands repeatedly.
It is more likely that the result is also coming in the form of skin disease. Parents complain that now children are feeling very likely.
2.Due to fear among children, he is coming to sit at home all day and not touching anything, in such a sense of laziness among children.
3.There is also the complaint of many parents that our children are not sitting with each other even in the family and they are seen to follow social distance, in such a situation, it is natural to have loneliness and anxiety.
Mental Health of Children during covid-19
ANXIETY - Such as lock down and covid-19, has become a major cause of concern. It also has many levels.
1.Children are now very worried about their future tomorrow and sitting in the house, they have started having anxiety disorders about their future, now they are not able to clear that if they are intrerst in sports or are fond of photography. So how they continue it, it is natural to have anxiety in them.
2.children are now prohibited from working in the lab on science project, due to which their curiosity and motivation are getting reduced.
3. Now they are spending more and more time on TV and mobile, which is having an effect in both physical and mental state. The children of class 10 and 12 who are going to give board examination or are yet to give are also falling prey to this type of concern. In this phase of lock down, 40 out of every 100 children are seeing this type of problem.
Cravings / Addiction -As this era of 2020 has forced everyone to be imprisoned in homes, in such a situation, most of the time is being spent on mobiles and mobiles have come up in children as a way of life. The benefit of online class is getting, but many problems are also coming behind it.
1.Children are getting accustomed to mobile due to the frequent hours of their day in front of laptop or mobile, due to which mobile is also becoming an addiction.
2. Has become a very important weapon to live life like mobile and laptop. Which is bycotting them from the outside world.
3. children are now spending most of their time on online class, in such a situation, parents are not able to continue on what they are doing on the side and cases of online advertisements and other cyber crime are coming forward. In this regard, I spoke to many parents of Delhi NCR, who have caused mobile addiction or T.V. because of the online class caused by covid. The problem of addiction has been described.
Behavior Issues - Covid also dissolved the virus in the behavior of people along with the virus. Due to change in the behavior and concern of the people in covid, now people are getting upset quickly, the level of aggression and anger is constantly increasing in the behavior, which results in domestic aggression as disorders such as loneliness in children.
PTSD - This type of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder problem is now common in children. Children become aggressive on the matter where there are two to four children and there is a joint family where there is a teasing of each other among children, etc. is taking the form of a mental troma.
Self Image Issue - If we all remember our childhood, except for a few, and all the people used to do any work in their childhood without worry, going to school from time to time, coming to sleep in time, in regular routine like getting up early. We used to complete our daily routines with a discipline, because the person is different from each other and everyone's ability to learn and understand is different from the other, so with the help of our peers we can overcome our shortcomings by learning many techniques. They did not tie into and self image. but covid - and in the name of online class informal education and peers take out the whole day with parents and other family member, so each member of the family has their own self image and the child who is if he does not do any work that way If it is found, then keeping it on the basis of one image is equivalent to underestimating the capabilities of the child, where it is natural for children to have identity crisis and self image issue.
Emotional Issuss - A person has the best medium emotion to express his feelings, but in this era of covid, like most of the people have hidden concealment of Happyness wale emotion. Before covid, emotinal issus was mostly seen after adult hood but in covid this problem is seen in all and its effect is also seen in many types of symtoms in children, such as - anger, sadness. , it became common for vulnerability to be hyper. As a psychotherepist and counselor I have found in many parents that this basic problem that my son or daughter starts shouting or crying on talk has become a common thing in throwing away their important items in anger. On this basis, it would not be wrong to say that the time of covid is very challenging time for any parents where they are facing their job and other problems and also facing such psychological problems in this situation. With this time it is time to get out with healthy movement.

Stress is common features in present scenario. it is increase not only adult as well as child also.
for example- a child came from school and cry, he said with his mother and share his emotion.
job because his/her boss not behave well, and he/she want to change job .
both types of situation increase lots of stress. there we can discussion features
of stress and how we can manege it?-
* Stress is both psychological and physical aspect.
* Stress is not only negative as well as positive aspect it's depend upon situation .
* It is an interactive concept. It does not spring from the internal organs
of the individual .It comes from the interaction of the human being with the
environment.
* It is common to both the genders.
* It is symptomatic. Potential stress appears with the symptoms.
If the potential stress is ignored it leads to actual stress.
* Stress is a generic term. If it is applied to the context of organization,
it is known as work stress.
* Stress is associated with certain common biological disorders such
as heart attack, storke, diabetic, blood pressure, neurological disorders etc.
* Stress is related to the attitude of the person. Stress does not occur
when the person is having an indifferent attitude to the opportunity.
* And last way of stress.It is results from the deviation of expectations from
actual situation.
COMMON SYMPTOMS OF STRESS REACTION
There are common symptoms of stress,caused by anxiety, excitement or
apprehension .it is leads to distress and disorders which manifest in the form of it :
* Reduced interest or pleasure in all or almost all activities of the day,
nearly every day.
* Fatigue or loss of energy nearly every day.
* Exposure to a serious traumatic event.
* Feeling a very depressed mood most of the day, nearly every day
for the past two weeks and this being a significant change from
normal functioning.
* Reduced ability to think or concentrate, or make decisions.
* Persistent re-experiencing of the event through image,
flashbacks, dreams.
* Insomnia or hypersomnia (sleeping too much) nearly every day.
* Increased symptoms of anxiety and arousal.
Phases of stress:
Most people are identify different types of reaction when increase stress in particular time:
* Increase in heart rate and blood pressure suddenly.
* Slowed digestion system.
* Decreased blood flow to the extremities.
* Loss self esteem and confidence.
* Feeling upset.
* Behavioral aspect: overeating, drug abuse, smoking, irritability,
social withdrawal, insomnia.
* Emotional aspect: anxiety, anger,forgetfulness,panic attacks,depression.
* Physical aspect: heart disease, rashes, migraine, tension headaches,
infertility.
HOW TO MANAGE STRESS WITH COPING:
* Coping is usually involves adjusting to or tolerating negative
events with maintain our positive self image and emotional equilibrium.
* Coping involves adjusting to unusual demands and thus requires the
mobilization of greater effort and the use of greater energy than is
required by the daily routines.
* Stressors that require coping may be acute, such as a change in residence
or marital problems.
STRATEGIES OF MAINTAIN STRESS :
* Directly attempting to change the source of stress.
* Maintaining emotional composure, alternatively.
* Asking others to help or assist you.
* Engaging in problem solving behavior.
* Distancing yourself from the source of stress.
* Viewing the problem through a religious perspective.
* Lowering your expectation.
* Eating a well balanced diet.
* Exercising on a regular basis.
* Engaging in pleasurable or fun activities every day.
* Practicing relaxation exercises such as yoga,meditation,prayer.
* Avoiding use of smoke and alcohol.

This types of coping strategies for involves adjusting to unusual
demand or stressors and thus requires the mobilization of greater
effort and the use of greater energy than is required by the daily routines of life.
