        सिगमंड फ्रायड - मनोविश्लेषण विधि 

Introduction 

सिगमंड फ्रायड पहला ऐसा व्यक्ति था जिसने जैविक प्रवृत्तियो को वश में करने के निरंतर संघर्ष में कार्यरत लोगो को देखकर (1856 -1939) उसने व्यक्तित्व की मनोविश्लेषण विधि का प्रतिपादन किया। उसने मनोविश्लेषण का प्रचार किया और व्यवहार को समझने एवं मानसिक बीमारी का उपचार करने के लिए मनोविश्लेषण का एक विधि के रूप में प्रयोग किया। फ्रायड के अनुसार व्यक्तित्व विकास आधारभूत लैंगिक शक्ति (काम प्रवृत्ति) का संगठन और उसकी अभिव्यक्ति है। 

जो कि बालक के निम्नलिखित अवस्थाओ से गुजरता है - 

1 - मौखिक अवस्था - (जन्म से २ वर्ष तक ) - 

इस अवस्था में कामुकता क्षेत्र मुख होता है जिसमें बालक का निगलना , चूसना , काटना इत्यादि क्रियाओं  जैसे- अँगूठे को चूस कर के आनन्द की प्राप्ति करता है। 

 फ्रायड के अनुसार वयस्कावस्था में व्यक्तित्व विकास में मुखवर्ती निष्क्रिय ( oral Passive ) एवं अनुवर्ती आक्रामक ( oral aggressive ) होते हैं। निष्क्रिय व्यक्तित्व (Passive Personality) आशावादी एवं अनुवर्ती आक्रामक (oral aggresive)  - आक्रामक व्यक्तित्व के होते हैं।

 

2 - गुदीय अवस्था Anal stage- ( 2-3 वर्ष तक ) -

इस अवस्था के अन्तर्गत कामुकता क्षेत्र गुदा होती है इसलिए बच्चा मल निष्काषित कर आनन्द प्राप्त करता है। ये दो प्रकार के होते हैं।

 a . गुदीय आक्रामक (Anal aggersive) - क्रुर , विनाशिता             विद्वेष                                                                        b - गुदीय Anal Retentive - हठ, कंजूसी, क्रमबद्धता, समय निष्ठा । 

 3 - फालिक अवस्था - ( लिंग स्पर्श अवस्था)- 3 - 6 वर्ष तक- 

इस अवस्था में बच्चा अपने शरीर के विभिन्न अंगों के बारे में जानने को जिज्ञासु रहता है इस अवस्था में बालकों में ओडीपस (oedipus complex मातृ मनोग्रन्थि एवं बालिकाओं में एलेक्ट्रा ( Electra complex ) पितृ मनोग्रन्थि उत्पन्न होती है जिस कारण बालकों का लगाव अपने माँ के प्रति एवं बालिकाओं का लगाव पिता के प्रति अधिक होता है। इससे उत्पन्न चिन्ता को Castration Anxiety बधियाकरण चिन्ता कहते हैं। 

4 - गुप्त अवस्था - (Latency stage ) ( 6 -12 वर्ष तक ) 

यह अवस्था पूर्ण रूप से सामाजिक अवस्था होती है इसमें कामुकता क्षेत्र विकसित नहीं होता तथा साथ ही लैगिक इच्छाएं भी सुसुप्त हो जाती है तथा इनका उदात्तीकरण (sublimatian ) होता है। जैसे - चित्रकारी ' खेलकूद ।

 

5 - जनेन्द्रिय अवस्था ( Genital stage ) 13- 20 वर्ष 

किशोरावस्था की अवधि के दौरान व्यक्ति विषमलिंगी और भिन्न व्यक्तियों के साथ यौन सम्बन्ध रखने में आनन्द प्राप्त करता है 

 निष्कर्ष- 

निष्कर्षतः फ्रायड के इस सिद्धान्त के अनुसार जीवन के प्रत्येक अवस्था में कामुकता ही व्यक्तिव निर्माण का महत्वपूर्ण भाग माना गया जिसकारण उसकी आलोचना उस समय के अधिकतर मनोवैज्ञानिकों ने की जिसमें अन्ना फ्रायड , आइजैन्क एवं युंग मुख्य है।

Introduction -

 Sigmund Freud (1856-1939) was the first person who, after seeing people constantly struggling to control their biological instincts, propounded the psychoanalytic method of personality. He propagated psychoanalysis and used it as a method to understand behaviour and treat mental illness.

 According to Freud, personality development is the organisation and expression of the basic sexual energy (sexual instinct). 

The child passes through the following stages:

Stages of Psycho-sexual development theory-

 

1 - Oral stage - (from birth to 2 years) -

 In this stage, the sexual zone is the mouth, in which the child derives pleasure by swallowing, sucking, biting, etc., such as sucking the thumb. According to Freud, in personality development in adulthood, the 1-oral passive and the later 2-aggressive are present. Passive personality is optimistic and oral aggressive are aggressive personalities.  

2 - Anal stage- (2-3 years) -

 In this stage the sexsual area is anus, so the child gets pleasure by expelling stool. 

These are of two types-

 a. Anal aggersive - cruel, destructive, malicious b. Anal retentive - stubbornness, miserliness, orderliness, punctuality.  

3 - Phallic stage - ( 3- 6) years - 

In this stage, the child is curious to know about the various parts of his body. 

In this stage, Oedipus complex (maternal complex ) develops in boys and Electra complex (paternal complex) develops in girls, due to which boys are more attached to their mother and girls are more attached to their father. The anxiety arising from this is called Castration Anxiety. 

4 - Latency stage - (6 - 12 years) 

This stage is completely a social stage. In this, the sexual area does not develop and along with that sexual desires also become dormant. And they are sublimated. Like - painting, sports. 

5 - Genital stage - (13 - 20)years 

During the period of adolescence, the person enjoys having sexual relations with the opposite sex.

Conclusion-   According to this theory of Freud, sexuality was considered an important part of personality development in every stage of life, due to which he was criticized by most of the psychologists of that time, among whom Anna Freud, Eysenck and Jung were the main ones.
